Administrative Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for team members and executives.
  • Liaise with suppliers to order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for international guests and handle related arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize company files and documents, ensuring timely tracking and access.
  • Oversee the upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Provide professional and friendly service to all employees, addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and support problem-solving efforts as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in an operational or administrative role is required.
  • Experience working in a biotech or tech company is a plus.
  • High proficiency in English (written, verbal, and reading comprehension).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle tasks under pressure.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
