Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, improvement, and optimization of analytical methods.
- Perform GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) validations, qualifications, and verifications.
- Support quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) investigations.
- Contribute to ongoing stability programs and data collection.
- Document experiments, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Requirements:
- Second-year student in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Passion for hands-on laboratory work and a strong interest in R&D.
- Availability for at least two working days per week (flexible scheduling available).
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for documentation and communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
